Sentinel Collective
Own a piece of the sky.
$29 gets you on the manifest.
You don't need $75,000 to have a satellite. The Sentinel Collective pools 100 backers per satellite — each one gets access to emergency messaging, GPS-independent comms, and their name on the manifest. When a campaign fills, a new one opens for the next community. Mission control is based in Boston, MA.

How the Collective works
Pick your campaign
Choose the satellite that matches your community. HAM Radio, Prepper, Rural, Academic — each campaign is community-specific.
Back for $29
One-time contribution. Your name goes on the manifest immediately. No subscription, no renewal.
100 backers = launch
When a campaign hits 100 backers, that satellite is funded and queued for the next rideshare window.
Orbit. Forever.
When your satellite launches, your access activates. Emergency messaging and GPS-independent comms, yours for the mission life.
Questions
Is the $29 refundable?
No. This is a crowdfund contribution, not an escrow deposit. If a campaign doesn't reach 100 backers within 18 months, you receive a full refund. Otherwise, the contribution is non-refundable once the satellite enters integration.
What if the campaign never fills?
If a campaign doesn't reach 100 backers within 18 months of opening, every backer receives a full refund. We will not launch a satellite that doesn't have a full community behind it.
Can I join multiple campaigns?
Yes. You can back as many campaigns as you want. Each $29 contribution puts you on that satellite's manifest.
What does "emergency messaging" actually mean?
Up to 340 characters per message, sent directly to the satellite — no cell tower, no internet. Works when everything else is down. GPS-independent positioning via TDOA timing. Works from anywhere with line-of-sight to orbit (every 90–180 minutes in LEO).
Do I need a HAM license?
For emergency beacon mode — no. For full two-way messaging, a Technician class HAM license is sufficient in most jurisdictions. We provide licensing guidance with every order.
Your community's satellite
is waiting for 100 people.
$29 is less than a tank of gas. It's a permanent seat on a satellite. Tracked and operated from our mission control in Boston, MA.
